Nextrans has supported more than 100 startups around the world since 2004 and started investment in Vietnam startups from 2015.
We understand that starting startup is not easy way because it is the attempt to change the world by introducing very new thing that were not there before and that's why we are seeking for the passionate founders having unparalleled execution ability and fortitude.
Nextrans is not just put capital but also continue to provide various resources that startups are in need.

근데 벤처 업계는, 가장 빠른 속도로 변화를 겪고, 성공과 실패를 경험하면서 서로 자원이 필요하고 또는 넘쳐나는, Sharing이 가능한 영역입니다.
그리고 그 모든걸 다 이어줄 수 있는건 Trust라고 생각합니다.
저희가 하고 싶은 것은 그 Trust의 공간에 존재하는 겁니다. 한 업체와 한 업체, 또는 한 투자자와 한 기업 사이에서 서로에게 쌓은 Trust를 기반으로 관계를 더 빨리 형성하고, 이를 통해서 각자가 이루고자 하는 일을 가속화하는 것입니다.
세상을 바꾸고자 하는 모든 벤처들은 적은 자원을 가지고 시작을 합니다.
물론 핵심적인 아이디어를 기반으로 제품을 기획하고 개발하고 고객을 확보하는 일은 회사가 수행합니다.하지만 이러한 일을 성공적으로 하기 위해서는 자금, 인력 및 네트워크가 필요합니다.
저희는 벤처들의 파트너가 되어 Trust 기반하에 벤처들이 속도를 낼 수 있도록 자금, 인력 및 네트워크를 제공해주는 역할을 하고 있습니다.
저희는 단순히 컨설팅을 수행하는 회사도 아니고 투자를 하는 회사도 아니며 그렇다고 인턴프로그램을 한다고 해서 리쿠르팅을 하는 회사도 아닙니다.
저희의 모든 목적은 '기업을 성장시켜 그들이 바꾸고자 하는 영역을 가장 영향력 있고 크게 바꿀 수 있도록 함께 달려가는 것'입니다.

비록 지금은 겨자씨같이 작게 보일지 모르지만 저희의 노력이 쌓여 10년, 20년, 50년이 지나면 거대한 숲이 되어 더 많은 벤처기업들이 그 숲안에서 활동하게 될 것이라 믿습니다.

홍상민 대표는 연세대학교 심리학과를 졸업, 서울대학교 경영학과 대학원을 수료하였습니다.대학원 시절 최도성 교수님이 만드신 FCRC(Finance Research Case Club)의 창립멤버로 활동하며 현재까지 후배들을 지도하고 있습니다.이후 벤처캐피탈에서 오텍(IPO), 씨디네트웍스(IPO), 넷브레인(IPO), 인포트러스트(M&A), 테라스테크놀로지(M&A), 데이터코러스(M&A), 코리아와이즈넛, 웹젠, 비즈매직 등에 투자 및 투자관리를 수행하였고 2004년에는 넥스트랜스를 설립하여 IGA Works, 스타일쉐어, 터크앤컴퍼니(헬로마켓), 인카금융서비스, 크라클팩토리(우먼스톡), 넥스디스플레이, 카비, 잉카인터넷 등의 국내외 투자를 주도하였고 2015년에는 더네스트앤컴퍼니를 설립하여 Early stage투자를 하고 있습니다.

정승화 이사는 고려대학교 행정학과를 졸업하고 한진 그룹 기획실에서 커리어를 시작한 이후 예스컴에서 CFO로 활동하였고 여러 벤처기업의 재무이사를 거쳐 현재는 더네스트앤컴퍼니의 CFO로 활동하고 있습니다.
